Mindanao Center for

Disease Watch and Analytics

The FIRST and the HEALTH RESILIENCY HUB of the University of the Philippines Research Institute

DiWA Center's Four Pillars

WE BRING DATA TO LIFE

We'll look into the best possible ways to assist you with the data that you have!

ONE DATA AT A TIME...

The center serves as the first health resiliency hub of the University of the Philippines Resilience Institute (UPRI) that focuses primarily on furthering the development of the web-based virtual planning tool application for epidemic or disease management called the DiWA app, the first of its kind in Mindanao. The center will assist in providing timely evidence-based advice and recommendations for decision-makers in Mindanao's public health governance.

The center is the go-to center for computational needs of health offices and creation of innovative products such as modules or dashboards, surveillance or diagnostic kits, and many more that will be relevant in the public health decision-making processes in Mindanao region.
