Responsibilities:
Assists the administrative and financial officers of the Center.
Processes related documents for the project such as procurement-related documents, employees compensation and benefits, and others.
Ensures smooth day-to-day office operations, particularly involving administrative matters, and is able to interact with stakeholders within and outside the organization.
Prepares compliant reports promptly to concerned units and offices within and outside the University.
Communicates with stakeholders for the creation of MOA, MOU, and other documents related to the smooth implementation of center activities.
Assists the Senior Project Officer and the Director of the center in hiring personnel for the center.

A minimum of 2 years of college studies (College graduates are given preference).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities:
Prepares research proposals to secure funding as part of the Center’s expansion strategy.
Assists in preparing and submitting research findings for publication in peer-reviewed journals and presentation at conferences, ensuring effective communication for both academic and non-academic audiences.
Collaborates with internal and external research partners for interdisciplinary partnerships.
Mentors students and junior researchers in research methodology and development.
Documents the research data collection process for research projects.
Performs other tasks assigned by the Center Director.
Qualifications:
At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Mathematics or any degree relevant to the job.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in research of project coordination.
Experience in developing research proposals and assisting with publications.
Experience in mathematical modeling and simulation.
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing documentation and multiple research tasks.
Experience mentoring students or junior staff is a plus.
Able to adapt to research to research environments and perform tasks as needed.
