At the same time, the phylogenomics tool offers detailed visualizations of genetic diversity, phylogenetic relationships, and transmission dynamics to bolster research and response efforts. It has also recently been upgraded to accommodate Mpox trends and surveillance across different provinces, enhancing its role in monitoring other relevant infectious diseases.
