Science Research Assistant I

Key Responsibilities:
Clean and preprocess raw data to remove errors, duplicates, or inconsistencies.
Collect data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Develop and implement backup strategies for all the data.
Monitor data quality and integrity, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
Prepare and present reports or visualizations based on analyzed data to stakeholders.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of data management processes, procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Mathematics or related discipline. A master’s degree or professional certification is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the administrative and financial officer of the Center.
Assist in the processing of related documents for the project such as procurement-related documents, employees compensation and benefits, and others.
Ensure a smooth day-to-day office operations, particularly involving administrative matters, and is able to interact with stakeholders within and outside the organization.
Assist in preparing compliant reports promptly to concerned units and offices within and outside the University;
Assist in communicating with stakeholders for the creation of MOA, MOU, and other documents related to the smooth implementation of center activities;
Assist the Project Officer and the Director of the center in hiring personnel for the center;
Assist in the delivery of high quality of documentation and other related outputs.
Qualifications:
At least Senior High School graduate, College graduates are given preference.
At least 2 years experience in the field of software development.
