Research Conference
The center took the lead to organize the highly anticipated 2023 MSP Davao Region (Region XI) Research Convention at the Mapúa Malayan Colleges last October 20 to 21, 2023, themed "Rekindling Mathematical Minds: Uniting Mathematicians and Research Enthusiasts in the Region." This theme encapsulated the essence of the event, which aimed to ignite a renewed passion for mathematics and foster collaboration among mathematicians and research enthusiasts throughout the region.
The conference featured plenary sessions from esteemed mathematicians, parallel sessions showcasing a diverse array of mathematical research from various fields, and other interactive activities designed to facilitate networking and knowledge exchange.
More than 70 mathematical professionals from different places and universities in the region gathered to participate in this dynamic event. Students and professionals alike seized the opportunity to discuss their research contributions and explore their potential impact on the community.
